Responsibilities
* Supervise bar operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
* Assist the Head/Bar Manager in daily tasks.
* Ensure that all food safety and health protocols are followed.
* Manage bar openings and closings.
* Train and supervise bar staff, based on the LQA & BSA standards.
* Plan work schedules according to operational needs.
* Ensure effective communication within the team.
* Monitor and manage beverage and equipment inventory.
* Conduct regular stock counts and place necessary orders.
* Ensure beverages and supplies are properly stored.
* Deliver excellent customer service and handle potential complaints or issues.
* Maintain a warm and welcoming environment for guests.
* Promote bar events and special offers.
* Handle cash and financial transactions.
* Participate in the creation and implementation of events and special offers.
Profile / Qualifications
* Excellent knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
* Mixology skills and knowledge of current beverage trends.
* Knowledge of Micros, EMC and Mirus software.
* Experience in supervision and team management.
* Ability to manage inventory and budgets.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to resolve conflicts and handle guest complaints.
* Team spirit and leadership qualities.
* Significant experience as bartender, head bartender, or supervisor in a similar environment.
* Fluency in French and English.
* Starting in May 2026; long-term contract.
