We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Content Editor (m/f/d) to join our customer’s Digital Marketing and Sales Enablement team based in Rotkreuz.
Position Title: Digital Content Editor (m/f/d)
Location: Zug area, Switzerland (Hybrid: 2 days remote per week)
Start Date: ASAP
Workload: 80-100%
Travel: Approx. 5%
Background:
The Digital Content Creation Manager plays a critical role in shaping and executing our customer’s digital content strategy across global promotional channels. This position is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing high-quality content that elevates our customer’s position as a thought leader, supports product marketing, and promotes awareness and engagement with diagnostic solutions for B2B and B2C audiences.
This role involves content production, stewardship of content excellence, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment, consistency, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include channel performance analysis, optimization strategies, and campaign planning support.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and prior experience within a matrix organization in diagnostics, with proven skills in content creation, management across digital platforms, editorial competencies, and excellent communication skills. Native English proficiency is required.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Content strategy and management: Lead platform strategies, manage editorial calendars, and refine content based on performance insights.
* Content Creation, Review, and Optimization: Develop engaging digital assets, ensure content accuracy, optimize for SEO, and adapt content across formats.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication: Work with marketing, product, SEO, design, and campaign teams; participate in strategic discussions; communicate plans and performance.
* Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Manage vendors, freelancers, and agencies, ensuring compliance and quality.
* Governance, Brand, and Process Excellence: Maintain content guidelines, contribute to editorial strategy, leverage data for optimization, and promote best practices.
Your Profile:
* Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
* 4+ years experience in digital content creation or editorial roles
* Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or regulated environments preferred
* Proficiency in managing content across digital platforms
* Strong editorial and communication skills; ability to simplify complex concepts
* Fluency in English; knowledge of SEO and digital metrics
* Interpersonal skills and ability to manage collaborations
Nice to Have:
* Master’s degree, especially in sciences
* Experience with CMS, editorial tools, and global content adaptation
