Your tasks
* Strategic management: You will manage and lead key innovation projects in the field of bioprocess engineering and define the technological roadmap in coordination with the global group.
* Interface function: You advise the management on technical matters and support the sales team in highly complex customer projects (from start-ups to Big Pharma).
* Conceptual design: You are responsible for the initial technical design of customer‑specific systems and conduct thorough project assessments.
* Standardization: They continuously develop internal standards, processes, and new technology fields.
* Internationality: They coordinate internal and external project participants and work closely with locations in the USA and Asia.
Your profile
* Education: Completed university degree in bioprocess engineering, ideally supplemented by a doctorate.
* Experience: Solid practical experience in process engineering and in the biotechnological production environment (hygiene processes, CIP/COP).
* Expertise: Several years of experience in international sales or project management of customer‑specific systems.
* Languages: Fluent in English and German.
