This position is for you. As a Product Manager, you join the Marketing team of the Swiss Saltworks and manage the product portfolio of our various brands, in particular Sel des Alpes. You are based in Bex, with occasional travel to our production sites in the Basel region (Schweizerhalle, Riburg).Product ManagerYour roleYou are responsible for the performance and development of the product portfolio throughout its life cycle — from the idea to the market launch, and its discontinuation. You act as a link between the marketing, production, supply chain, quality, and sales departments and you actively contribute to brand management and the development of our strategy.What you can accomplish with usProduct Management and product development- Assume global management of the product portfolio: positioning, range architecture, and life cycle management of several brands, mainly Sel des Alpes.- Pilot product launch and development projects from end to end: brief, development, and market launch, in close collaboration with other departments (production, supply chain, quality, etc.).- Ensure the role of cross-functional project manager: monitoring milestones, while respecting deadlines and budgets.- Manage changes impacting existing products: recipe changes, production site changes, packaging, cost optimization.- Monitor commercial performance (volumes, margins, etc.) and define corrective measures.- Conduct active competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for growth or repositioning.Brand Management & contribution to the brand strategy- Contribute to the development of the brand strategy and the annual marketing plan.- Design and pilot various communication activities and 360° campaigns, in collaboration with agencies — from the brief to the final result.- Create sales support tools (sales folders, etc.).- Guarantee the consistency of branding across all touchpoints.- Manage and update product pages on our website.Your qualities as a professional and as a person- University degree or equivalent in marketing, product management, or a related field.- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in product management, ideally in the agri-food/fast-moving consumer goods sector; experience in the industrial and/or retail sector is a plus.- Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects and in collaboration with technical or production teams.- Experience in brand management as well as in the implementation of communication campaigns.- Languages: fluent French and German; English is an asset.- Skills in analysis and prioritization, as well as a keen sense of budget.- Autonomous and structured working method, and a taste for the coordination of different stakeholders.What we offer you- Flat hierarchies and an openness to new ideas.- A motivating work environment.- A stimulating and exciting corporate culture.- Sports activities within the company and other benefits.- Attractive employment conditions with a first-class pension fund.With us, you are an important link in the team.
