Key Account Manager - Service Solutions
The ideal candidate will drive service sales, nurture client relationships and maximise account profitability. This role combines proactive account management, sales growth and the creation of tailored proposals and estimates to meet client needs.
Responsibilities:
* Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for service-related needs.
* Sales Growth: Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities within existing service contracts (upsell/cross-sell) and with new service clients to drive revenue growth.
* Proposal Development: Translate client requirements into compelling, detailed proposals and service plans, ensuring compatibility with existing systems.
* Client Communication: Communicate service recommendations clearly, articulating their value to ensure clients understand the benefits of their security systems.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with service and project teams to align on client requirements and ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in a customer-facing role, ideally combining sales, account management, technical service or engineering within the security or technology sector.
* Skills: Exceptional customer focus, commercial acumen, ability to identify and close sales opportunities, knowledge of Convergint's product offerings and security systems.
* Languages: Fluent in English and ideally fluent in at least two major Swiss business languages.
Work Environment: This hybrid role is flexible within Switzerland, requiring regular travel to client sites and occasional travel within EMEA. A valid Swiss driving licence and clean driving record are required. Depending on site requirements, personal protective equipment (PPE) may be necessary.
