We are a leading IT consulting firm specializing in enterprise architecture and digital transformation for the wealth management industry. As part of our strategic growth, we are strengthening our Enterprise Architecture Practice and seeking a eSenior Solution Architct to lead the modernization of our platform.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Technical Leadership
* 📌 Architect Scalable Solutions: Translate business and non-functional requirements into scalable, reliable, and secure IT solutions.
* ☁️ Cloud & DevOps Transition: Lead the migration to DevOps practices and private/public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, OpenShift).
* 🔄 Enterprise Integration: Design and implement an open service architecture with API and BUS.
* 🔐 Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to Security by Design principles, Zero Trust Policy, and industry regulations.
Functional & Stakeholder Leadership
* 🏗️ Target Architecture Evolution: Guide project managers and ensure alignment with the target functional architecture.
* 🤝 Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with Security, Data Governance, Data Protection, Legal, Compliance, and the Architect Community to align strategies.
* 📚 Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain technical documentation using Confluence, MEGA, and other enterprise tools.
* 💡 RFP & Prototyping: Drive RFP processes and conduct proof-of-concept (PoC) evaluations for emerging technologies.
Qualifications
Education & Certifications
* 🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
* 📜 Certifications in TOGAF, ArchiMate, BPMN, BaBOK, CDMP, AWS/Azure, Scrum, SAFE are a strong plus.
Experience Required
* 🏦 5-10 years as a Solution Architect or Tech Lead.
* 💰 5-10 years of experience in private banking/wealth management (Asset Management, Back-Office, Trading & Treasury).
Technical Expertise
* ☁️ Cloud Infrastructure: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, OpenShift, VMware EsX with vCenter.
* 🔐 Security Frameworks: Security by Design, Zero Trust Policy.
* 🗣️ Fluency in English & French (Swiss residency is a plus).
* 🤝 Strong interpersonal & communication skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* 🔍 Analytical mindset, capable of problem-solving and simplifying complex architectures.
* 🎯 Leadership & Ownership, with the ability to drive enterprise-wide transformation.
