Ph3Position Overview /h3pThe Portfolio Management team is part of the Portfolio and Project Management group and is responsible for managing Roche Diagnostics' portfolio of over 1,000 products across various business areas. As a Cross-Portfolio Manager, you will work across diagnostics customer areas to inform strategic trade‑offs and provide portfolio insights to senior leadership. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliWork closely with Customer Area Portfolio Managers, Business Analytics Insights Managers, Project Managers and Finance to drive portfolio transparency and generate relevant portfolio insights for decision‑making. /liliImprove available portfolio tools and generate relevant reports to support strategic portfolio management. /liliPlace individual portfolio decisions in the context of the broader pipeline to ensure excellent portfolio management. /liliEnable an overview of critical portfolio interdependencies. /liliLead dedicated strategy initiatives across and within the different Roche Diagnostics customer areas. /liliMaintain expert knowledge of industry trends, competition, and current/emerging technologies to guide overall portfolio management. /liliCoach other members of the team, develop new skills and provide ongoing constructive feedback on performance and progress toward goals and expectations. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliAdvanced degree in life sciences, medicine, or business (ideally a PhD, MD, or MBA). /lili3+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategic development. /liliProven track record of influencing and presenting complex strategic topics to senior management and key stakeholders. /liliStrong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and build quantitative models. /liliSkilled at distilling complex or abstract problems into succinct strategic frameworks and tactical plans. /liliAbility to influence senior leadership through active listening, excellent communication, and strong facilitation skills. /liliAbility to clearly articulate critical analytical findings to senior leadership and drug development teams. /liliEffective facilitation of discussions with business leaders and cross‑functional teams to develop insights and drive alignment on strategic decisions. /li /ulh3Employer Information /h3pRoche is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
