As a Process Equipment Engineer, you will be at the forefront of designing and delivering high-performance engineering solutions that drive the success of complex projects in the chemical and process industries. In this role, you won't just execute tasks—you'll actively shape the technical backbone of machines and equipment that must meet demanding standards for safety, quality, timing, and cost. Your expertise will directly influence how efficiently and reliably plants operate, making you a key contributor to both customer satisfaction and long-term operational excellence.
From the first concept to final commissioning, you will take full ownership of your projects. You will develop critical engineering documentation—P&IDs, equipment specifications, piping and construction plans—and play a hands-on role during assembly and commissioning phases. You will evaluate supplier designs and workshop drawings with a sharp technical eye, ensuring strict compliance with norms, standards, and mechanical qualification requirements. Beyond daily engineering work, you will help shape the internal engineering framework by applying existing standards and developing new ones that accelerate project execution and elevate quality across the board.
To thrive in this position, you bring a degree in mechanical, process engineering or similiar, backed by practical experience in plant engineering or chemical plant construction. You are someone who thinks in solutions, not problems—combining strong spatial imagination with a proactive, conscientious, and goal-oriented mindset. You enjoy working in small, highly committed teams while still driving your work independently and with a sense of ownership. Solid CAD skills, proficiency in MS Office, and experience with equipment and piping design will set you up for success. Strong English communication skills and international exposure round off your profile, and hands-on experience in the chemical sector will give you a clear advantage.
If you're looking for a role where your engineering decisions truly matter—where your ideas accelerate progress, improve systems, and directly shape how modern plants operate—this position offers an exciting opportunity to take your career to the next level.
