Role
As an Expert Engagement Manager you’ll be responsible to work directly with clients and you’ll take ownership of one to many collaborations with the purpose to create significant value for our client.
As an Expert Engagement Manager, you will:
Ensure outstanding delivery:
1. Lead by example and support the teams you work with
2. Oversee the development of impactful AI solutions and deliver outcomes that meet the clients’ need
3. Contribute to the development of the structure, content and direction of the engagement strategy
4. Focus on stakeholder management, including building client care and team leadership
5. Overcome any obstacle necessary to unlock true business benefits and ROI for our clients
6. Actively creating and continually monitor and measure the delivery of value based client benefits throughout the engagement (ROI)
7. Take responsibility for driving and implementing corrective actions on delivery challenges and make tactical decisions to deliver a value-based solution.
8. Be commercially aware and manage the delivery of engagements against project milestones, financial performance, utilization and performance against internal KPIs.
Own our clients relationship:
9. Interact with our clients to cultivate strong partnerships, pinpoint fresh avenues for value creation, and formulate innovative initiatives aimed at enhancing client value.
10. Play a part in fostering a diverse portfolio of clients, developing relationships with key individuals, and assisting in the conceptualization of potential offerings for new clients.
11. Start developing a diverse network of external contacts.
Requirements
What we are looking for
12. A background in Data Science, Data Engineering, or Software Engineering is required for this position.
13. A solid track record of building strong client relationships with large organizations, as well as identifying opportunities to deepen those relationships and grow the business.
14. Extensive ability of dealing with C-Level stakeholders
15. Fluent in English and French. Other languages are a plus.
