On behalf of a valued client, a leading company in the financial sector, we are seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Customer Advisor 100%.
The ideal candidate will expertly handle, process, and forward client calls and partner enquiries in German, French, Italian, and English on various topics related to card payments, in accordance with company work instructions.
Key responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls and handling inquiries from customers and business partners in German, French, Italian and English
* Receive and process client complaints and issues related to credit, prepaid and debit cards
* Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of client concerns to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty
* Ensure all customer interactions and processes comply with internal quality standards and legal regulations
* Proactively find solutions for client complaints and escalating complex cases to the appropriate department
* Identify sales opportunities (selling and upselling) during interactions with the customers
Job requirements
* Commercial or tourism background
* Experience in customer service
* Good knowledge of Office package/ PC use
* Good communication skills
* Languages: Italian (nice to have), German/Swiss German (must have), French (must have) and English (nice to have)
* As the first point of contact with customers, the following soft skills are needed: courtesy, empathy, customer orientation and ability to work in team
