Job Description
We are seeking an E-Commerce & CRM Solutions Technical Coordinator for our Digital department. The main mission involves supporting the brand's digital strategy by coordinating E-commerce and CRM projects, managing technical requests, and continuously optimizing the platform. The role includes analyzing site performance, managing CRM tools and email marketing campaigns, liaising with internal and external teams, and enhancing customer experience through user feedback and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in managing and planning E-commerce projects, coordinating internal teams (IT, Marketing, Design) and external providers for successful implementation.
* Track project progress, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.
* Provide technical support and handle requests, acting as the point of contact for internal teams regarding technical issues on the E-commerce site.
* Participate in testing new functionalities and updates before deployment.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and prepare reports to support strategic decisions.
* Support CRM strategy, especially in data collection and activation across communication channels.
* Manage relationships with external providers, ensuring collaborations meet expectations.
* Coordinate site updates, manage deployments, and ensure content and functionality quality.
Profile
The ideal candidate has at least two years of project management experience in the digital industry, with technical (web) and business knowledge related to horology. Proficiency in Salesforce and Magento is required. Experience in a digital agency is a plus. A strong interest in the luxury watch industry is essential, along with excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
