In your role youll be accountable for the people organizational plan, the employee life cycle and overseeing the HR Operations, including payroll. /p pbWhat you will do: /b /p liProvide strategic and operational HR advice and guidance across the 2 locations. /li liDevelop, deploy, and implement HR processes across the 2 sites. /li liAct as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness and talent strategy. /li liCoach and support our people managers to enhance the performance, development and engagement of our teams. /li liSupport succession planning and pipeline development for critical roles. /li liPartner with the Talent Acquisition team to attract critical talent /li liLead organization design and development projects as determined by business needs, including MA integration if required. /li liYou will support career growth, performance, development, and coaching for your managers. /li liYou will play an active role in HR transformation projects. /li liProvide expert guidance on complex employee relations issues, e.g., disciplinary, and absences, etc. /li liEnsure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies. /li liProvide advice and guidance on reward topics including benchmarking, with people managers and employees. /li liAccountable for the HR Operations Specialist with regards to process implementation, payroll, pension fund, and benefits. /li liMonitor key workforce metrics including engagement, retention, capability, and leadership effectiveness. /li pbWhat you need to have: /b /p liProventrack recordof a minimum 10 years as a HR Business Partner within a matrix, international and Operations focused organization. /li liSolid understanding of employment law in Switzerland. /li liAbility to build rapport quickly with the members of the management team up to the CEO. /li liConfident in advising managers on all aspects of people management and development. /li liA professional and commercial approach to HR, with the ability to deliver high employee satisfaction, appropriatedevelopment,and reward for individuals. /li liFullyproficiencyin English. /li liCommunication skills, results oriented, ownership, teamwork spirit, be able to work in a fast-paced environment. /li pbWhat we offer: /b /p pYou will join a driven HR team operating within a dynamic and international environment.
