PhD Student in Multimodality Imaging for Radiation Therapy
We are seeking a highly motivated PhD student to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative radiation therapy solutions.
The successful candidate will work on a comprehensive multi-modality image-guided workflow for upright radiotherapy, establishing treatment planning, robustness, and margin guidelines based on gathered imaging data and numerical phantom simulations.
* The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related fields.
* A proven interest in medical imaging, image analysis, and translational research is essential.
* Experience with deep learning frameworks and medical image analysis (image registration/segmentation, 4D motion modeling) is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication and written skills, as well as the ability to work in an interdisciplinary team, are required.
