It provides services in areas such as business development consulting, investments, succession planning, financial advice, credit risk management, human resources, marketing, security, architecture, and facilities management. We are looking for a service manager to lead the Consulting & Distribution, Marketing, HR & Placement & Pension groups.Position: Service Manager for Raiffeisen Banks (m/f/d)What will you do?- Provide support and effective assistance to the Raiffeisen Banks according to their needs.- Lead the service and be responsible for the execution of all activities and tasks in accordance with legal requirements, guidelines, internal regulations, and standards.- Ensure budget compliance, activity reporting, and achievement of the different teams' objectives.- Strengthen the Consulting & Distribution area and commit to understanding and developing the other three active areas within the Raiffeisen Group's objectives.What do you bring?- Proven experience in consulting and business development within the Swiss financial sector.- Successful track record in team leadership.- A degree in banking, economics or business management.- Strong managerial, analytical and conceptual skills.- Team spirit, availability, openness, reliability, honesty, and excellent communication skills.- An authentic personality, ready to engage, with good decision-making abilities and a strong sense of responsibility.- Fluent in French or German with a good command of the other language (spoken and written).- High flexibility, willing to travel throughout French-speaking Switzerland and sometimes to German-speaking Switzerland.We offer flexible working modelsThe balance between private and professional life is important to us.
