Job Description A major integrated real estate and construction platform in Switzerland is looking for a property management professional to manage a mixed-use portfolio and support its continued growth. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations Coordinate regular and ad hoc maintenance, including working with external contractors and service providers Plan and conduct property inspections, handovers, and acceptance procedures Act as a main point of contact for owners, tenants, authorities, and third parties Support the preparation, negotiation, and administration of lease agreements Contribute to budgeting, cost control, and financial oversight of the portfolio Collaborate closely with internal teams across technical, commercial, and administrative functions Oversee and support on-site staff and ensure consistent service standards Maintain strong relationships with clients through responsive and solution-oriented communication Your Profile Completed commercial training; further qualification in real estate/property management is an advantage (or in progress) Several years of experience in property or real estate management Comfortable working with digital tools and property management systems Structured, efficient, and solution-oriented working style Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders High level of customer orientation and service mindset
