Procurement Manager - Business Process Outsourcing

We have an exciting opportunity for a German‑speaking Procurement Manager – Business Process Outsourcing to join a leading international procurement organization based in Zurich, Switzerland.
This senior role will focus on strategic sourcing across Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) categories, supporting major clients with complex outsourcing programs, supplier strategy, and commercial optimization within regulated environments.
Key responsibilities as Procurement Manager – Business Process Outsourcing include:
Lead end‑to‑end sourcing projects across BPO categories, including Finance & Accounting, HR services, Contact Centers, Back Office, and Operations Support
Develop category strategies that deliver cost savings, operational resilience, and long‑term supplier value
Manage tender processes, supplier selection, negotiations, and contract execution for complex outsourcing agreements
Partner with senior stakeholders across client organizations to shape sourcing strategies aligned to business goals
Work closely with Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure robust governance and third‑party risk management
Monitor supplier markets, performance, and trends to identify improvement opportunities and innovation
The ideal candidate profile:
Strong procurement experience sourcing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services across multiple categories
Proven success leading complex sourcing projects and negotiations within indirect procurement environments
Experience working in regulated sectors such as Banking or Financial Services is highly desirable
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure and negotiate large‑scale service contracts
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging senior leaders
Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
Experience across EMEA/DACH markets is advantageous
