Your Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the Customer Service function within the Commercial stream.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define, validate, and optimize test scenarios, scripts, and acceptance criteria.
Validate SAP system functionality against business requirements, ensuring integration with SCM and Finance modules.
Identify, document, and escalate system defects or gaps, supporting resolution processes.
Represent Customer Service in daily UAT stand-ups and defect triage meetings as the primary business liaison.
Support the Lean Digital Core (LDC) program for operational readiness for the January 2026 go-live.
Ensure business validation of new SAP modules and processes from a commercial perspective.
Your Profile
Extensive SAP knowledge with hands-on experience working on SAP systems.
Proven experience as an administrative professional with a practical, problem-solving approach.
Strong expertise in Customer Service processes within commercial environments, preferably SAP SD module.
Fluent English skills (native level preferred), German skills as an advantage.
Experience in UAT and system validation methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for global collaboration.
Project management capabilities and ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
