Job Description
As a Junior Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Accounts Receivable & Payable: You will independently manage accounts payable and accounts receivable and coordinate all related tasks.
* Financial Statements: You will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and ensure they are accurate and up-to-date.
* Reporting: You will prepare group reports and internal analyses using strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Payroll: You will be responsible for payroll accounting and ensure all associated processes are completed accurately and on time.
* Taxes: You will prepare VAT statements and tax returns.
* Dunning: You will coordinate the system-supported dunning process and discuss it with customers and team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Professionally Experienced: You will have completed vocational training (accounting, commercial, etc.) or be studying business administration or a similar field. Initial professional experience as a financial accountant is an advantage.
* IT-Savvy: You will have very good Excel skills and ideally know Abacus. You will also be interested in getting to know new ERP systems.
* Precise & Analytical: You will impress with high precision and recognize deviations. You will act with foresight and make informed decisions.
* Reliable & Loyal: You will be able to rely on you thanks to your results- and team-oriented working style.
* Flexible & Organized: You will work in a structured way and love variety. You will enjoy learning new things and balance out monthly peaks with your good work organization.
* Fluent: You will communicate very well in English.
