Reagents Operator (m/f/d) – chemical training / chemical sector / plant technician / automation engineer / GMP / hygiene sector / German

The ideal candidate: has completed vocational training in a technical field, such as in chemistry, as a machine or plant operator, and brings initial professional experience in a production environment, ideally in diagnostics. They possess knowledge of a regulated environment, particularly GMP, are fluent in written and spoken German, and are willing to work in a two-shift operation; English skills are an advantage.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Timely and high-quality production of liquid reagents for S&C products as well as their GMP-compliant documentation
* Printing samples and batch documents from SAP
* Timely and high-quality filling and inspection (online inspection, IPC) of liquid reagents for BGE products as well as their GMP-compliant documentation
* Preparing the consumables used for production and filling and stocking the production premises with all necessary materials
* Operating the preparation systems including PCS and the filling systems
* Carrying out maintenance work on the filling systems in accordance with the relevant SOPs
* Carrying out cleaning activities in the preparation and weighing areas and in the area around the filling machines
* Operating the preparation and filling systems
* Troubleshooting and identifying mechanical malfunctions
* Rapidly resolving malfunctions to restore system availability
* Implementing improvements/optimizations to the systems
* Supporting external technicians
* Optimal use of resources
* Supporting logistics and packaging work
Depending on your background and strengths, the following tasks are also possible:
* Compliance with quality regulations. Adherence to all relevant SOPs, legal, regulatory, and GMP requirements in the work area
* Creation and processing of SOPs, changes, and deviation reports
* Training of new employees
* Assistance with the processing of projects related to preparation activities and filling machines
Must Haves:
* Completed chemical training, preferably in the chemical field (e.g. chemical technologist) or in the technical field of systems (e.g. plant technician or automation engineer)
* At least 3 years of relevant professional experience with systems or chemistry.
* GMP knowledge and experience in a hygiene field.
* Very good written and spoken German skills are required (taking minutes).
* Highly communicative personality with a high level of quality awareness.
* Sense of responsibility, goal-oriented, reliable, and proactive.
* Team player and committed to helping out in other areas (e.g. packaging).
* Independent, flexible, systematic, and solution-oriented working style.
* Positive attitude to life.
