Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of eight professionals, providing guidance and direction to ensure seamless operations.
* Promote the growth and development of your colleagues, fostering a strong sense of teamwork and camaraderie.
* Drive the digital transformation in our branches, implementing modern workflows and ensuring smooth processes.
* Support multiple locations with organizational issues, actively promoting digitization and process improvements.
* Collaborate with two other teams to develop and implement digital solutions, enhancing daily office life.
* Manage digitalization projects and software deployment, creating real value for colleagues and clients.
Requirements:
* Several years of practical experience in a tax firm, understanding daily operations and local challenges and needs.
* Solid knowledge of industry software, especially DATEV.
* Leadership experience, having managed personnel, developed teams, and understood good leadership practices.
* Experience in change management and a digital mindset, actively approaching change and involving others.
* Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and high service orientation.
