Physical Security Manager
CONTEXT
He/She is responsible for maintaining and developing security management systems across two sites (Bellevue and Campus Genevois de Haute Horlogerie - CGHH), including all security processes and actions. He/She oversees all physical security activities at both sites and establishes appropriate organizational structures to ensure efficient response and analysis. The Security Manager identifies risks, evaluates them, and implements security measures to control and mitigate malicious risks affecting employees, resources, and assets. He/She advises and collaborates with various entities at both sites, business partners, and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with Richemont security policies, directives, and standards.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Organisation
* Coordinate security activities and manage security management systems in line with Group Security framework.
* Manage and organize security operations at the sites.
* Lead security third-party providers and ensure high-quality security services on site.
* Develop and implement consistent security concepts and risk assessment approaches for site operations.
* Ensure proper implementation of Richemont Physical Security directives and standards.
* Conduct risk assessments and establish mitigation systems and controls.
* Coordinate effectively with all entities at both sites.
* Develop, maintain, and review SLAs between CGHH and other entities for effective coordination.
* Manage the security budget and report regularly to campus directors.
Physical Security Incidents and Investigation
* Provide timely feedback on security incidents.
* Develop and improve incident and emergency response plans.
* Support security incidents and recovery efforts, and follow up appropriately.
* Conduct root cause investigations and oversee corrective actions.
Compliance
* Perform regular security audits and self-assessments to ensure compliance with group and local regulations.
* Follow up on audit action plans using group tools.
Training
* Ensure security awareness among employees.
* Coordinate training with internal and external parties.
* Assess and address training needs regularly.
Contracted Service Providers
* Lead security contracts and ensure they meet site needs.
* Assess third-party quality and risks.
* Work with vendors to monitor KPIs and SLAs.
Contact with Local Law Enforcement
* Maintain effective relationships with local law enforcement.
* Share regular updates on risk levels.
Reporting & Project Management
* Manage security projects and monitor performance.
* Track budgets and KPIs.
* Document and communicate via reports and meetings.
* Prioritize initiatives based on business needs.
Transversality
* Collaborate with Villars-sur-Glâne campus security manager for site alignment.
* Share best practices across sites.
“ORIONS” Project: Transversal security technology projects
* Lead as the global project manager.
* Ensure effective communication among stakeholders.
Events Management
* Lead security for major events (e.g., HQ meetings, Watches and Wonders, Richemont AGM): risk analysis, planning, contracts, and on-site operations.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
* At least 5 years of experience in physical security.
* University degree.
* Ability to analyze data to identify trends and insights.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Experience in large, complex environments.
* Fluent in French; English is a plus.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Team player with leadership qualities.
* Autonomous and well-organized.
* Diplomatic and precise.
