Brand Marketing & Consumer Engagement Professional
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with diverse stakeholders within a regional organization and global marketing team, supported by expert functions to achieve objectives.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, action-oriented marketer with a strong drive to implement 360 regional consumer engagement strategies across various touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
* Shaping the 360 consumer engagement plan supporting regional business priorities.
* Participating in regional campaigns, content deployment, and website content management.
* Supporting Go-To-Market initiatives like trade shows, demo days, PR, and community events.
* Managing product launches with timely asset availability.
* Deploying promotional programs and supporting dealer marketing efforts.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
* Approximately 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in brand management.
* Affinity with powersport, automotive, or outdoor industries.
* Fluent in English; additional languages like French are a plus.
* Proactive, adaptable, pragmatic, accurate, and impact-driven.
* Team player with excellent communication skills and experience in international matrix organizations.
* Creative and innovative mindset, open to challenging the status quo.
This position is based in Lausanne, Switzerland, with approximately 10% travel required.
