3. Identify risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business transformation and process optimisation.
5. Provide leadership and coaching to project team members.
What you’ll bring:
1. Proven experience in project management, ideally in a consulting or technology-driven environment.
2. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Prince2, or Agile frameworks).
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
4. A strategic mindset with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
5. Fluency in German and English is essential.
