Experienced Sales Representative (DACH)

SomnoMed AG is a global leader in the design and manufacture of custom-made medical devices for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea. To strengthen our Finance & Accounting Team in Zug, we are looking for a proactive and experienced Sales Representative (m/f/d) DACH.
Your Responsibilities
* Build and manage relationships with dentists, orthodontists, maxillofacial surgeons, and sleep physicians (ENTs, pulmonologists, cardiologists)
* Deliver exceptional technical support, especially around dental scanning and therapy efficiency
* Identify and prioritize sales opportunities to grow SomnoMed’s presence in Switzerland
* Collaborate with marketing and operations to enhance customer experience and loyalty
* Track and report sales activity using CRM and Power BI tools
* Provide product training and guidance to healthcare professionals
What You Bring:
* Education & Experience: Minimum 4 years of higher education with both technical and commercial focus; 3–5 years of proven success in dental, medical, or related sales
* Commercial Excellence: Strong track record in sales growth, customer loyalty, and contract/service negotiations; market experience in dental or sleep therapy is a plus
* Personal Attributes: Solution-oriented, organized, autonomous, and entrepreneurial; excellent communicator and team player with a collaborative mindset
* Skills & Language: Creative in managing clients and territory; effective under pressure with good time management; French proficiency fluent, English proficiency at B2level
