We are seeking a Senior Director to lead and shape the strategic vision for our Childrenswear, Home & Lifestyle divisions, overseeing buying, planning, and allocation functions. This role involves driving cross-channel commercial excellence, optimizing financial performance, and maintaining brand integrity. Strategic Leadership
* Develop and execute brand assortment and pricing strategies
* Lead seasonal investment reviews with senior management
* Drive cross-channel alignment and segmentation strategies
* Partner with global stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment
* Benchmark performance against market trends and competitors
Business Operations
* Monitor key business metrics (Sales In/Out, Gross Margin)
* Oversee seasonal calendar and milestone execution
* Lead line opening presentations and assortment planning
* Optimize inventory across channels
* Define and communicate seasonal assortment needs to Global Merchandising
Team Management
* Lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teams
* Foster a culture of innovation and excellence
* Drive business development initiatives
* Manage Open-to-Buy (OTB) and product planning
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
* 8+ years in Merchandising, Buying, or related fields
* Proven experience leading multi-level teams
* International business exposure (work/study)
* Strong understanding of retail operations and shop floor dynamics
* Product presentation expertise
* Fluent in English; additional languages preferred
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
