If you identify with our group, one thing more: join us!To strengthen our Human Resources department, we are looking for an HR Manager at 80%.Main responsibilities:HR Consulting and management of working relationships:- Proximity and regular contact with employees and managers spread across the agencies between Vevey and Grimentz- Direct HR support to local teams (listening, advice, management of individual situations, support for managers in implementing Group HR policies in coordination with the Geneva headquarters, while taking into account local specificities and regional culture)- Detection of needs and contribution to continuous improvement actionsRecruitment:- Management of the complete process: drafting of advertisements, sorting of applications, interviews, selection, and sending of responses- Close collaboration with managers to target profiles and follow-up of new recruits on the various sitesHR Administration:- Processing of formalities related to entries, changes, and departures (entry and updating of files, establishment of employment contracts and amendments, declarations to social insurance, drafting of work certificates, drafting of disciplinary letters)- Control and monitoring of tasks related to time and absence management- Filing and archivingSalaries, social insurance & withholding tax:- Transmission of monthly variables to the fiduciary in charge of payroll and monitoring of health insurance, accident, and maternity cases- Control and validation of statements and follow-up of files with insurance companiesTraining & development:- Analysis of training needs and registration for internal and external seminars- Establishment of training agreements, monitoring of training actions, and updating of files- Analysis of annual interviews in order to identify the wishes of employees in terms of training and developmentHR Projects:- Participation in the implementation of internal projects within the Vevey-Grimentz perimeter- Contribution to the development of HR tools, processes, and policiesYour profile:- Federal Diploma of HR Specialist or equivalent title- Minimum 5 years of successful experience in a similar position in Switzerland- Availability for travel to the agencies of Vevey, Monthey, Sion, and Sierre and occasional presence at the headquarters in Geneva according to service needs- Experience in real estate management or in a multi-site environment, a serious asset- Good knowledge of Swiss labor law and current HR practices- Mastery of usual tools and ease in the use of HR software- Excellent writing skills and impeccable spelling- Strong autonomy and sense of responsibility- Excellent interpersonal skills and a pleasant demeanor- Conscientious, dynamic, and proactive- Sense of priority management and rigor- Good resistance to stress and versatility- Sense of discretion and confidentiality- Team spirit and inter-service collaboration- Swiss national or holder of a valid permitWe offer:- The opportunity to join a large family company in full development- A pleasant work environment close to all amenities- Salary corresponding to your skills and performance- 5 weeks of vacation- Flexible hours- Possibility of teleworking- Start date: immediatelyLoyalty, performance, dynamism, and team spirit are the qualities that drive all of our employees.
