Responsibilities
Support users with technical issues via remote assistance or on-site.
Install new devices and set up user profiles.
Analyze error sources and document solutions.
Monitor systems using monitoring tools.
Participate actively in rollouts and migration projects.
Qualifications
Education in IT (EFZ) or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in client/user support.
Knowledge of Microsoft environments, networks, and basic IT skills.
Experience with IT ticket systems and remote tools.
Fluent German (C1) and structured work approach.
