Job Description
Part‑time hourly position overseeing athletic events and activities and may include duties such as game management, scoreboard operator, scorebook, tickets and other necessary functions to conduct events. Primarily late afternoon, evening, and Saturday hours.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
* Workers entail but not limited to announcing, clock operations, game operators, tickets and other support positions at Big Lake athletic and activity events.
* Responsible for all matters pertaining to the organization.
* Provide a positive environment for participants and provide site management.
* Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.
Knowledge and Skills
* Has knowledge and background in the assigned activity.
* Understanding of and agreement with the Big Lake School District's Student Activity and Athletic Code.
* Evidence of the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills as applied to interaction with coworkers, supervisor, parents, community members and students.
* Ability to receive work direction.
* Strong work ethic and dedication.
* Physical ability to perform essential job functions.
Salary and Benefits: The starting wage for this position is $16.00 per hour. Position is not benefit eligible.
