* We are seeking a seasoned Customer Project Manager to lead our complex customer projects in the area of railway automation.

Responsibilities:

* You will be responsible for managing these projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and in accordance with the contract.

* You will manage customer relationships and communicate with various stakeholders, including partners, suppliers, authorities and other relevant parties.
">
* You will lead and coordinate an interdisciplinary team from all departments involved in the project.
">
* You will represent the project internally, providing regular updates to management and motivating team members to achieve their goals.
">
* You will collaborate with your team to develop innovative solutions that meet technical and non-technical customer requirements.
">

Requirements:
">
">
* You must have a passion for delivering highly innovative and fascinating railway automation projects.
">
* You should hold a higher technical education and/or further education in business administration.
">
* You should have several years of experience in managing customer projects, preferably in signalling technologies or similar areas.
">
* You should be familiar with current developments in automation technology in the railway industry.
">
* You should be able to communicate fluently in German and English, both written and spoken.
">
* You should be willing to travel occasionally for business purposes (less than 10% of your work time).
