Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role, based in Lausanne, for a Method and Process Engineer. The Method and Process Engineer will oversee the development and optimization of manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and quality. Responsibilities include analyzing current workflows, developing process documentation, implementing improvements, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating across teams to drive operational excellence. The role requires a hands-on approach to streamline operations and support the smooth integration of new technologies and processes.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, process optimization, and workflow analysis
Experience in data analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving in engineering environments
Competence in technical documentation and process standardization
Proficiency in relevant engineering tools and software, such as CAD or simulation tools
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Previous experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or process improvement role is an advantage
Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Lausanne
