About the Role
Oliver James is partnering with a global financial technology and operations provider that supports some of the world's leading banks and investment institutions. As part of their continued growth, they are looking for a motivated individual with experience in banking operations, ideally in corporate actions, to join their dedicated team.
This role offers the chance to develop your expertise within a fast-moving fintech environment, working closely with key investment events that impact securities and client portfolios.
What You'll Be Doing
Processing and booking of mandatory and voluntary corporate action events
Sending instructions to custodians (e.g., via SWIFT messages or internal systems)
Performing cash and stock reconciliation following event outcomes
Monitoring upcoming events and ensuring timely and accurate processing
Responding to internal and external queries relating to corporate actions
What We're Looking For
Strong command of English and German
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Willingness to learn and adapt within a fast-paced operations environment
Nice to Have
Prior experience in corporate actions, asset servicing, or custody operations
Familiarity with SWIFT messaging and reconciliation processes
