Your Impact:
- Implement and optimize robust, compliant, and high-performing manufacturing processes aligned with quality strategy
- Capitalize on and share your expertise throughout the entire product lifecycle
- Draft, review, and approve key technical documents (batch records, procedures, sampling plans, reports, etc.)
- Support production teams by providing practical and effective technical assistance
- Identify improvement levers and sources of variability to ensure product quality and reliability
- Lead change management, risk assessments, and corrective action plans in cross-functional teams
- Train and develop the skills of production staff
- Deploy sustainable, scalable, and cost-efficient manufacturing processes
What You Bring:
- Degree (Bachelor, Master, or equivalent) in Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, or related fields).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the diagnostics or life sciences industry, with expertise in biology, biochemistry, immunology, and automation.
- Proven scientific and technical expertise in the diagnostics or pharmaceutical industry.
- Structured and methodical approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Native-level proficiency in French or German, with at least basic knowledge of the other language, and fluent English skills.
