The Schindler City Center is an international customer and visitor center in Ebikon and the heart of the Schindler City campus.
As a member of the Live Communications team you will play a key role in shaping outstanding visitors and event experiences at Schindler City. Working in a dynamic, international environment, you’ll be at the center of a vibrant ecosystem of customers, partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring every visit and event runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impression.
What you’ll work on and why it matters
1. Organize and coordinate visits and events within Schindler City to ensure a smooth, professional and welcoming experience.
2. Collaborate with internal and external teams to enhance the visitor experience, ensuring every detail is top-notch.
3. Plan and book guides, translators, specialists, hosts and senior management participation.
4. Act as the central point of contact for all Schindler City enquiries, ensuring timely and high-quality responses.
5. Support marketing and promotion activities of Schindler City, elevating the company’s global presence and reputation.

6. Completed vocational training in a relevant field, recent federal Matura, or current studies in event management, tourism, business administration, or a related discipline
7. Strong organizational skills, reliability and attention to detail
8. Confident handling of IT tools and digital systems
9. Fluent German and good level of English
