We're seeking a dynamic Junior Global Business Developer - Robotics & Computer Assisted Surgery
Mission:
As a Junior Business Developer at Atracsys, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our global footprint in the Computer-Assisted Surgery (CAS) and Robotic-Assisted Surgery (RAS) markets. Leveraging omnichannel strategies and AI-driven tools, you will identify, engage and convert new prospects for our cutting-edge optical tracking systems, trusted by leading Healthcare OEMs worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prospect Hunting: Use AI-powered analytics and omnichannel outreach (email, social media, webinars, events) to identify and qualify new business opportunities in CAS/RAS markets.
* Market Expansion: Drive penetration into new geographies and segments by understanding customer needs and positioning Atracsys solutions effectively.
* Lead Nurturing: Develop personalized engagement strategies to convert prospects into long-term partners.
* CRM Excellence: Maintain accurate and detailed records of leads, opportunities and interactions in the CRM system.
* Collaboration: Work closely with Senior Business Developer & Marketing to align messaging and campaigns with market trends.
* Performance Goals: Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to lead generation, pipeline growth, and conversion rates.

* Familiarity with AI tools for sales enablement and omnichannel marketing strategies.
