Your Role:
* You will be responsible for the overall management of the service unit as well as for the technical and disciplinary management of the service technicians
* Is responsible for the proactive design and further development of the interfaces: internally to sales and service management, back office teams and business support functions; external customers and central stakeholders in your area of responsibility
* Represent and strengthen the service concept throughout the company; Close cooperation with sales to promote business development in the after-sales area
* You will be responsible for the implementation of the corporate strategy as well as the annual sales, cost and earnings targets in close coordination with the relevant departments
* Ensure optimal use of resources to meet customer requirements and achieve economic objectives
* Continuously optimize and standardize processes to increase efficiency (e.g., fault diagnosis, project management)
* You have a strong focus on developing recurring revenues, especially in the area of service contracts and upgrades
* Ensure an efficient, cross-departmental scheduling process to minimize downtime, make optimal use of resources, and increase customer satisfaction
* Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations as well as legally and compliant handling of sensitive patient data
* Be responsible for targeted portfolio and funding management; Optimize service inventory for availability, capital efficiency, and cost structure
Your Experience
* You have a degree from a university of applied sciences (FH) or a completed apprenticeship as an industrial electronics technician, automation technician, mechatronics technician or polymechanic with additional electronic training
* You have at least three years of professional experience, ideally in the service of technically demanding instruments, and already have experience in employee management, preferably in the field of service technicians
* You have in-depth knowledge of operating systems
* You have excellent language skills in German and English, knowledge of French is an advantage
