The headquarters of the Vascular Intervention business unit, located in Bülach, Switzerland, is responsible for the development, production and marketing of balloon catheters and drug-coated stent systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintenance and review of complaint files in accordance with applicable procedures and regulatory requirements.
2. Verification of the complaint data within the Complaint Database.
3. Upload of the finished & closed PDF Complantfiles to the Server.
4. Assessment of case‐specific information for complaint relevance ( adverse events originating from clinical trials).
5. Preparation and submission of Medical Device Reports (MDRs) to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
6. General administrative and assistance tasks as required.
Qualification Requirements
7. Advanced English and German language skills (both written and verbal).
8. Work with focus and precision, even when carrying out repetitive tasks.
9. Ability to work under pressure and deliver within timelines.
10. Strong team orientation.
11. Affinity for IT; solid knowledge of MS Office, MS Teams and Outlook mandatory.
12. Strong interest in medical technology.
13. Initial practical work experience (internship or similar experience is sufficient).
