Key Responsibilities
* Maintenance and review of complaint files in accordance with applicable procedures and regulatory requirements.
* Verification of the complaint data within the Complaint Database.
* Upload of the finished & closed PDF Complantfiles to the Server.
* Assessment of case‐specific information for complaint relevance (e.g. adverse events originating from clinical trials).
* Preparation and submission of Medical Device Reports (MDRs) to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
* General administrative and assistance tasks as required.
Qualification Requirements
* Advanced English and German language skills (both written and verbal).
* Work with focus and precision, even when carrying out repetitive tasks.
* Ability to work under pressure and deliver within timelines.
* Strong team orientation.
* Affinity for IT; solid knowledge of MS Office, MS Teams and Outlook mandatory.
* Strong interest in medical technology.
* Initial practical work experience (internship or similar experience is sufficient).
