Digital / Automation Process Engineer – Power Transformers
As part of the Power Transformers Operations team, you will be responsible for driving sustainable and transformational change across multiple transformers factories, focused on digital & automation transformation in manufacturing.
You will work with our transformer factories worldwide, with a wide variety of technologies and equipment, coordinating digital / automation and process analysis programs and projects.
You will share your knowledge by delivering global training.
How You´ll Make an Impact:
* Support the global digitalization and automation implementation demands for power transformers business.
* Improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of our power transformer factories through integration and automation, IoT solutions, AI, cloud and advanced analytics.
* Provide expert support to our factories for implementation, training, and process improvement activities.
* Conduct factory assessments and drive the implementation of appropriate digitalization / automation solutions.
* Develop standard requirements for digital / automation manufacturing solutions.
* Develop and update documentations training material and user manuals related to digitalization tools deployed in the transformer factories.
* Drive cooperation with innovation team to continuously improve existing and to introduce new systems in a systematic manner.
* Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
Your Background:
* Experience in manufacturing automation / digitalization.
* Skills in areas such as manufacturing digitalization, automation and process analysis.
* Strong analytical and systemic problem-solving skills with clear passion to develop and drive changes.
* Proven leadership skills in areas of training and education.
* International experience, working with different countries and cultures.
* Fluent written and spoken English matched with excellent communication skills.
