Responsibilities:
* Sympathetic host and guide international guests.
* Recommend our offerings and ensure smooth service flow in the train including additional sales and wine recommendations.
* Prepare daily mise en place and serve à la carte dishes and beverages.
* Support Crew Manager in all service areas.
* Order beverages and non‑food items.
* General cleaning and tidying tasks.
* Maintain quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Qualifications:
* Passionate and courteous hospitality personality.
* Completed vocational training or experience in gastronomy, catering or tourism.
* Sales and organization talent; very good German; good English; additional languages a plus.
* Reliable, flexible, and resilient; high quality awareness.
* Fast cognitive grasp; confident and neat appearance; responsible and self‑sufficient work style.
* Ready for regular out‑of‑country stays.
