Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and support global logistics activities, including tendering and procurement, to ensure seamless execution of logistics strategies.
* Serve as the primary contact for internal and external partners, establishing and managing obligations, commitments, and expectations.
* Develop and implement logistics best practices and tool harmonization to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness across the organization.
* Support integrated and lean processes across Order-to-Cash, Warehousing, Accounts Payable, and Master Data.
* Provide expert consultation on the global logistics market to Clariant Business Units and stakeholders, driving continuous improvement of logistics processes.
* Work with a strong ethical mindset, supporting a culture of compliance and integrity within the organization.
Requirements
* Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent extensive experience in a global environment.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain and/or logistics domain, with a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
* Fluent in English and German (spoken and written), with excellent communication and consulting skills.
* Proven ability to thrive in multicultural and international environments, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
* Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of logistics operations and the ability to optimize costs while maintaining service quality.
