About the role
* Orchestrate multi‑workstream projects with specialized external teams
* Translate between AI/engineering and business stakeholders
* Maintain clear timelines, budgets, risk logs, and decision records
* Ensure deliverables meet specs; coordinate testing and acceptance
* Report progress to leadership; streamline processes and documentation
Must‑have qualifications
* 1–2+ years in technical project coordination or vendor management
* Strong grasp of SDLC and agile practices
* Excellent written and verbal English; crisp documentation skills
* Proficiency with Jira/Asana/Confluence or similar tools
* Organized, proactive, and comfortable in fast‑moving startup settings
Nice to have
* Experience with AI/ML, semantic search, or knowledge graphs
* Familiarity with cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), APIs, and low‑code platforms
* Exposure to Odoo or similar ERP; multilingual (FR/DE)
