These tasks stretch from SAP master data management, planning and scheduling to supplier portfolio and pricing optimization, purchasing coordination and import/export handling.You are keen to deliver results in a low-volume, high-complexity and project-driven industrial operations environment, where customer-specific solutions, technical products and changing priorities are part of daily business.The role requires a person capable of organizing themselves and others, with quick comprehension, strong ownership and the willingness to learn and grow. You can efficiently and effectively shape processes according to customer and business needs and collaborate directly with colleagues across Customer, Production, Engineering, Procurement, R&D and Logistics.Your Responsibilities:Contribute to a competitive and robust supply chain by maintaining the supplier portfolio and supporting price and commercial negotiations.Create and maintain high‐quality SAP master data for materials, purchasing and production in close collaboration with R&D and Manufacturing Engineering.Ensure dependable and predictable order handling and delivery by creating and maintaining sales orders, coordinating delivery dates, and acting as the interface between Customer, Production, Engineering and Procurement.Manage the end-to-end commercial flow from customer order to supplier coordination by ensuring clear communication, commercially sound decisions, reliable follow-up and alignment between customer requirements, internal capacity, supplier commitments and business priorities.Plan and schedule delivery, material and production demands using our SAP MRP functionality, balancing supply availability, resource utilization and low inventory.Guarantee purchasing execution and transparency by supervising stock orders, project-related and indirect material procurement, ensuring on-time delivery of input material and following up with suppliers where necessary.Organize product, prototype, spares and component shipment including import/export and customs handling in close collaboration with R&D and Logistics.What we are looking for:Strong ownership mindset and hands-on mentalityA systematic, structured and comprehensive approachThe ability to set priorities according to business goalsConfidence working with limited predefined processesStrong coordination skills across technical, commercial and operational stakeholdersCuriosity, growth mindset, reliability and a willingness to learnWe do not expect candidates to have experience in all topics can be learned – curiosity, growth mindset, structure, and reliability are more important than "been there, done that" in all aspects of the job.Your Background:Technical or commercial educational background preferred (e.G.
