Your key responsibilities

* Participate in ongoing engagements within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) area, including the design, analysis, transformation, and optimization of business processes - technical and functional - that contribute to the success of our clients.
* Provide support through procurement and accounting expertise in terms of processes, technology, and best practices.
* Assist in the development and execution of our P2P offering through collaboration with other team members, EY practices, and external technology providers.
* Support market research screening regarding the latest P2P technologies and industry standards.
* Engage in knowledge-sharing and learning opportunities within the team to enhance internal capabilities.



What we look for

* A university degree in economics, finance, or a related field with excellent results
* Relevant experience and/or internships in consulting
* Strong technological drive, experience in digital transformation initiatives
* Understanding of AI and how to apply it to business processes
* Experience in Procure-to-Pay, with a focus on the downstream process (Accounts Payable preferred)
* Familiarity with SAP FI & MM, procurement and invoicing platforms is advantageous
* Analytical thinking, customer, and service orientation as well as an entrepreneurial mindset
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus
