We are opening a new position for a Recruitment Consultant, responsible for managing the entire recruitment process independently, including:
1. Understanding the needs of the job, client, hiring manager, and environment
2. Creating and sourcing a shortlist of suitable candidates
3. Leading conversations with candidates, discussing preferences, hobbies, sports, and assessing technical skills
4. Ensuring a win-win situation for both client and candidate
5. Providing feedback to the hiring manager about candidate conversations
6. Sharing advice and insights with your supervisor
7. Asking questions, communicating effectively, and sharing your perspective
Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Business & Administration or similar
* Authentic, honest, humble, with a good sense of humor
* Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience
* Proficient with AI tools
* Comfortable working with all generations
* Sportive, caring about people, with or without children
