Support Analyst – Responsibilities
* Hardware & Software Procurement – Order laptops/PCs, new‑hire kits, purchase peripherals, recommend hardware, track POs, delivery ETAs, GSR receipts, obtain supplier quotes
* Asset Management – Track and document all assets (laptops, PCs, AV devices), update device ownership, custodian changes, cost center transfers, retirements, manage recycling and decommissioning
* VIP Support – Provide high‑quality IT support to executives and executive assistants, assist with Outlook, Teams, device issues, provide printing support
* Event & AV Support – Support business events and meetings onsite, provide AV setup, troubleshooting, and speaker support
* Recording Studio Support – Install and maintain studio equipment, provide live support during recordings
* Mobile Fleet (Swisscom MDM) – Activate devices and port numbers, manage enterprise voice numbers (Teams), support business numbers, provide MDM troubleshooting
* Invoice Management – Handle global invoice processes, support compliance checks and updates, POE, supplier ID support, P2P & AP tickets
* Smart Hands (Server Rooms) – Assist network engineers/electricians, change cables, support patches, rack updates, perform connectivity tests
* Additional Tasks – Allocate laptops to newcomers, set up new printers, support IT‑related meetings as needed
