Responsibilities
Management
Overall responsibility including owner of the gastropatent
Maintain and develop the business concept per GL
Document the operations (structures) in cooperation with the GL
Ensure communication with all stakeholders
Crisis management
Finance
Prepare and oversee annual budgets and investments
Control receivables and payables
Approve payables including allocation control
Analyze monthly and annual financial statements and define resulting measures
Create annual statistics and evaluations
Prepare staff plans and organizational charts and continually optimise them
Approve employment contracts and agreements
Set wage structures (permanent staff & temp workers)
Marketing / PR
Marketing annual plan
Implement marketing measures
Maintain all social‑media channels with the GL
Plan entertainment program
Act as media contact person
Archive all media reports
Engineering / IT
Request quotation and negotiate for investments and larger purchases
Guarantee maintenance and prevent defects proactively
Continuously optimise the disposal concept
Ensure area monitoring
Data storage and archiving
Guarantee the function of the POS software and its programming
Control menu boards and postings
F&B
Plan offers and pricing with the GL
Define partnerships with the GL
Set reservation guidelines for exclusive events/banquets
Benchmark comparisons
Quality control
Ensure a functioning kitchen and service infrastructure with the GL
Control goods and labor costs
Structure event communication meetings
Project management for new ideas
HR / Personnel
Recruitment
Orientation and training of the whole team
Support and coaching day‑to‑day
Actively participate in daily operations as a role model
Troubleshooter
Safety and operating responsibility
Close collaboration with HR and finance
Participation and leadership in management meetings
Staff scheduling for about 20 employees
Consistent and fair leadership of about 20 employees

Profile / Qualifications
Grundausbildung in der Gastronomie mit FH‑Abschluss im Bereich Gastronomie, Hotellerie oder Tourismus (von Vorteil)
Mind. 3 Jahre Berufs- und Führungserfahrung in der System‑ oder Gastronomie oder einer verwandten Branche
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Behörden und Versicherungen (ALV, BVG, RAV, KTGV, UTGV, Steuerbehörden, Betreibungsämter, Migrationsamt, Seco, etc.)
Sehr gute PC‑Anwenderkenntnisse (Office 365, Gastronovi, Mirus)
Führerschein Kategorie B
