Sales Coordinator
to support our sales operations and ensure smooth coordination between our internal teams and international partners.
In this versatile position, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales Manager with pricing and production planning, preparing documentation and statistics, coordinating sales meetings and tradeshows, and handling daily correspondence in
German, French, and English
. Strong
German language skills are essential
for this role.

What You'll Do
* Creat and prepare spreadsheets for pricings, price lists and order forms
* Generate statistics
* Support the sales manager in production planning tasks
* Build and compile sales documentation
* Preparation and realization of sales meetings and tradeshows
* Correspondence by e-mail in German, French and English
* Various administrative tasks
What We're Looking For
* Fluent in German, English and French
* First work experience - ideally with sales background
* SAP/S4 knowledge could be an advantage
* Technical understanding
* Analytical skills and detailed oriented
* Interests in sports
* Ability to work autonomously
* Strong communication / interaction skills (team player)
