Compiti

* Assist in the preparation and management of commercial proposals and contracts, ensuring all documents are accurately completed and submitted on time.
* Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products, acting as a liaison to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.
* Maintain organized records of client communications and transactions, updating databases regularly for accurate tracking and reporting.
* Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends, analyzing data to support strategic decision-making.
* Support the sales team in scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and following up on leads, providing administrative assistance to enhance sales efforts.
* Insert new listings in CRM, ensuring data is entered correctly and up-to-date for optimal workflow.


Requisiti

* Minimum of 2 years experience in a commercial or administrative role.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
