We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Customer Service Agent .
Accepting incoming calls and consulting our clients.
Requesting information and documents from clients by phone and email.
Inputting orders into our customer service software programs.
Issuing quotations / price offers for our clients.
Writing and responding to emails from clients.
Ensuring that documents received from clients are complete and accurate.
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree (related field).
Previous experience as a customer service agent, a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or in customs brokerage.
Fluent in German.
Minimum 1 year in Customer Service.
Minimum 1 year in Logistics.
