* As a seasoned Merchandising Manager for Strategic Accounts, you will be responsible for driving our ambition to be the leading brand representing progressive skate and youth culture.

Your Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute global merchandising strategies aligned with regional market dynamics and consumer preferences, ensuring consistency across wholesale channels and accounts.
2. Curate product assortments for strategic wholesale partners, selecting items that meet demand-driven attribute needs and partnering with commercial teams to build plans and influence adoption externally.
3. Partner closely with WHSL planning counterparts to create revenue-driving and profitable assortments.
4. Lead seasonal strategy, line architecture, and pricing for assigned areas, while actively participating in in-season management to drive immediate trading and future seasons success.
5. Continuously monitor marketplace trends, staying connected to the competitive landscape and market dynamics to inform decision-making.
6. Evaluate regional channel needs, identifying white spaces and developing targeted briefs to meet these requirements.

Key Skills and Qualifications

* Possess in-depth knowledge of the EMEA wholesale marketplace and ability to apply merchandising acumen and principles in partnership with merchandise planning.
* Demonstrate exceptional decision-making skills on segmentation and product choices by channel, tier, and account.
* Excel in understanding the external marketplace environment, facilitating account meetings, customer communication, pitching, and negotiating for brand and assortment strategies.
* Able to develop and analyze retail reports, derive key takeaways, and create action-oriented steps to improve business performance.
* Familiarity with competitive landscape, trends in women's and kids' footwear is highly desirable.
