Ph3Job Description /h3 pThis role will support the Chief Corporate Officer to create and steer MET Group´s corporate strategy, evaluate organic and inorganic growth opportunities, as well as shape and manage various business development initiatives. /p h3Essential responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide a clear view on renewables and conventional energy market trends based on economic, regulatory, technology and supply chain information to enable informed strategy and business decisions /li liLead and facilitate multiple large strategic initiatives in cooperation with the executives of the Renewable and Asset Segment /li liPro‑actively propose and design identified operational excellence and strategic initiatives, build project teams, and support shaping MET Groups strategic agenda together with the Chief Corporate Officer /li liEvaluate the strategic consistency of the Renewable and Asset Segment's business, as well as due diligence organic and inorganic MA/project opportunities /li liMonitor competitor developments and benchmarks, as well as market developments across all business areas to assess their long‑term impact /li liOriginate and evaluate business/ investment opportunities in innovative, low‑carbon fuel sources and technologies /li liProject manage pan‑European and global business development/building initiatives /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in finance, law or business administration from a tier1 university (CFA and/or MBA a plus) /li li6-7 years’ experience in developing energy assets, investment banking, private equity/debt, and/or MA /li liIn‑depth expertise in the European energy market /li liAbility to summarize complex topics and extract decision options /li liExcellent project management and interpersonal skills /li liHighly motivated, solid work ethic, and ability to work in a close‑knit team /li liCreative and open‑minded with an ability to link theoretical scenarios into concrete action plans/practice /li liFluent English, other European languages a plus /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
